The support team were magnificent , they ensured and smooth checkin and reached out to make sure we were comfortably settled in. When we needed a doctor they were extra supportive and guided us through the process and kept in touch along the way. Location was great, short walk from Line 2 which runs east/west and covers most railway and airports. The metro was very easy to get around and cost almost nothing. The apartments were large and comfortable (if a bit tired) and each apartment has laundry and kitchen so feels a bit more homely.

Rooms were more Airbnb studio apartment style and there vary room to room. All are comfortable but each have a few quirks (tv that don’t work, wifi a bit iffy etc) but nothing that spoilt our time there.

This is a fantastic well situated little establishment. The rooms have everything you need for a stay near the Jing-an temple, well situated near to the metro and in the heart of Shanghai. The staff are so frienfly and welcoming.

All good esp at this price. I’ll be back

Location was convenient.

The accommodation was in an apartment building with no hotel amenities. The apartment is a little dated. In addition, it was very difficult to find.
