The apartment exceeded expectations. It is spacious, fully equipped with everything you need, clean and modern. Good location, just on the outskirts of Funchal and within walking distance to the beachfront and supermarket. If you are up for it Funchal Centre is a 50min walk away (with plenty to see on the way) or there are local busses. Our host was responsive and accommodated an early check-in, they also left local snacks and Madeira Wine which was a super nice touch. It has parking, air-con and a swimming pool (a combination of facilities that wasn’t that easy to find in the area). I can recommended the apartment for anyone wishing a comfortable stay in Funchal.
