This place was amazing. All the beds and rooms were perfectly decorated and had all the amenities one would need for a large group to stay in one location together! The few issues we had with the property were from previous tenants not taking care of the location and the management group handled our issues quickly. Just make sure you mention which unit you are in as they manage several units in that area and would call me to check up on the incorrect issue.The one negative thing I would mention is that the house is one block away from a homeless hangout which is fine as long as you don't need to walk or run for leisure or exercise while staying at this location. Otherwise the neighbor was quiet and the house has everything you need for a good night in or is conveniently located to catch a quick Uber/Lyft for any tourist locations you would like to see while in New Orleans.
