The location was great, and the hosts were very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the bungalow we stayed in (#6) was very old and run down. Almost all of the windows were cracked and taped together, curtain barely covered some of the windows, the bathroom was extremely small with barely enough room for 1 person shower. The cleanliness also needs improvement, as there were dead bugs and debris on the floor when we arrived in bedroom. Additionally, the bedroom window unit was out of service, and the living room AC unit was not strong enough to keep the bedroom cool and comfortable in the evening.

Cozy, chill little out of the way place to unwind and spend some "un-peopley" family time. It had everything we needed. Unfortunately the tv/wifi wouldn't work to watch F1 as planned for my sons birthday, but they were responsive in attempting to get it fixed. When pizza delivery didn't work out either, we emprovised and had a tasty meal across the street at Beachside Billy's. The boys enjoyed watching all the motorcycles and supercars that passed by on the Tail of the Armadillo trail. Enjoyed the option to purchase a late checkout before heading back to reality.

This has been, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had. From the start, communication was poor, the replies seemed to come from an AI, with no real understanding of the issue and no timely or effective resolution. Before booking, I specifically asked about the stability of the internet, as this was a work trip, and having a reliable connection was one of the main reasons I chose this property. Unfortunately, during my four-day stay, there was absolutely no internet connection. No one offered a real solution or any kind of compensation, which completely ruined the purpose of my trip and the overall experience.Additionally, the apartment was not properly cleaned, there was trash under the bed and the floors were dirty. On top of that, they failed to mention that the tap water is not drinkable, so when I arrived late at night, I didn’t even have water to drink since all nearby stores were closed.Overall, this experience was far below expectations, with poor management, lack of cleanliness, and unhelpful communication. I would not recommend this place, especially for those traveling for work or expecting a professional level of service.

Great place to spend the weekend at the lake. Access to the water park and lake across the street was so convenient. Our kids had a blast. Kara, the owner, was so friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying again soon.

I was a little disappointed in the size of the waterpark, and things to do, but the rental property was small but very adequate.
