The house at Alpenkorpsstraße 27 is located at the foot of the Karwendel Mountains, near the Karwendelbahn, in a quiet setting. The town center is about a 15-minute walk away.

On the second floor, accessed via the narrow spiral staircase that gives the apartment its name, you’ll find the large, open sleeping area, which extends loft-style across the entire top floor. Here, too, you’ll find seating as well as a wardrobe.

Of course, the small, separate children’s room is also a must. It’s furnished with a cozy single box-spring bed. In addition, there is another small bedroom available, furnished with a double box-spring bed that fits harmoniously into the sloped ceiling.

There is a balcony on both floors.
