This is a lovely house that is quiet inside and out. There is shaded seating outside that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. It is close to everything you need. An easy walk throught the neighborhood to get to the sound with a couple of public access to watch the sunset. A doable walking distance to the beach to enjoy a walk/run and watch the sunrise/ set. A short drive for longer beach days. Plenty of amenities to feel like home, but simple things like hand soap are not provided. Target is right next to the beach and Walmart i a short drive if you forgot to bring anything or find yourself needed something. After a long day of driving to get to our vacation destination, I was surprised to find that we were required to put the fresh sheets on the bed ourselves. I was told later that for an additional fee I could have paid to have the beds made already. Also unpon initial arrival the house appeared clean, but after a couple of days of sand inevitably making it's way in I went to sweep and vacuum and discovered a massive amout of dog fur not cleaned after the last renters stay. I reached out to let the property owners know and that asked if I wanted them to send someone to clean and offered to take 100 off of my next stay.
