On the lower level of the vacation rental, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a pull-out bunk bed (2x90 cm x 200 cm) and a closet. Here you’ll find the perfect retreat to recharge after an eventful day.

The bathroom on the lower level is equipped with a bathtub, a hair dryer, shelves, and a mirror with built-in lighting, inviting you to enjoy relaxing moments.

The large dining area features a round dining table with seating, as well as a stereo system and a high chair in the lower level.
And the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, gives you the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills. Prepare wonderful meals and enjoy them at the dining table or on the adjoining balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh sea breeze.

A staircase leads to the cozy living room/bedroom. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a TV. Here you’ll find the large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), where you can hear the sound of the sea with the window open.
From the sofa, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea.

There is a parking space directly on the property, but it is not reserved specifically for you.

Miramar Apartment Complex right on the beach: The well-maintained Miramar vacation complex in Niendorf offers apartments for 2–4 people with a terrace or balcony, ranging in size from 36 to 45 m², located on a quiet private street with direct beach access.

Located on the Baltic Sea, you’ll find the large outdoor pool, which is open from May 15 to September 15.
There is also a small changing room here with a spin dryer for your swimwear.
From the pool and the terrace, you can enjoy the wonderful view across Lübeck Bay.

In the basement, you can get some exercise playing table tennis.

There’s an outdoor parking area for your bicycles. Alternatively, there’s also a bike rental shop just a 5-minute walk away.
Of course, a parking space is also available for your car.

You can get fresh bread rolls within a 3–5-minute walk, as well as other shopping options and the town center.
The small but lovely seawater swimming pool is also located right next to the apartment complex.

The idyllic harbor of Niendorf is just 1,600 meters away, where you can buy freshly caught fish for your meal.

A beautiful hike toward Travemünde along the Brodten cliffs—which remain virtually untouched—is well worth the effort in any season, offering sweeping views of Lübeck Bay.
From April through August, sand martins nest in the steep cliffs.
