Proximity to transport and clean

I had some access information difficulties but between the owner (who wasn’t immediately available, but no matter!) and myself we sorted them out. The area is pretty scruffy and the accommodation could do with renovating. The plumbing in the shower, the shower stall itself, some electrical wiring on a socket in the kitchen and the all pervasive stink of cigarette smoke in the hallway and stairwell (not that the owner has control over the neighbours, of course) are all matters of some concern b
