Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to the Dana Pt Trolley stop. Bonus for it being on the ground floor.

Ease of access and amazing location
A few things could have been better; while I want to be clear, the place is perfectly ok. It's just as basic as can be— no frills and no real creature comforts. They should upgrade the coffee pots; while the place is only for two people, a little dollhouse coffee pot is a waste of time. Most adults drink more than one cup of coffee. That was one thing that turned me off. Seeing as you are traveling, you need a basic necessity in the morning. This is a very easy fix for the owner.
In my opinion it would be great for a corporate traveler that doesn't want to be in a hotel for weeks on end.
