Good location, clean rooms

Floor supervisor at reception was so rude! My friend and I are travelling with backpacks, but are staying in nicer hotels, as we can afford it but choose backpacking due to its logistical benefits. He was cold, and when checking us in, interrupted the process just to banter with other employees and guests, treating us like we did not deserve to stay there. He was unenthusiastic, and while other staff were great (especially the doorman and women at reception) he did not set a good example for his team, and left a bad first impression for the stay. The pool was also much smaller and dirtier than advertised, and had much less complimentary features than other 4 stars had (breakfast not included, only free small waters in fridge, etc)

The location was great. Nice to be near the restaurants and beach. The cost was low.

There was a bad smell. The rooms were very hot. On several days during my stay they didnt have enough towels due to a laundry issue meaning that I was given a hand towel to use only. It is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Pool area had one sun lounger and then 2 in the pool. Not enough for number of guests.
