Location and good value for money. I was worried it would be noisy because of the pub but we didn’t hear any noise
Shame the pub was so quiet

privacy and 10 sec walk to a bar and restaurant with water views
pot holes in car park as my car is a sports type that sits low. but overall ok

Location
Dirty floors and polished concrete. I understand that as of the location but just too dirty.

The location, bed and TV
It was not clean enough. Spider web and spider in the bathroom. I woke up in the morning, and there was a spider on the pulow next to me.
There was an old dusty smell, I think, coming from the decoration artificial or dry plant. The bedside table is very old and dirty. Not nice to the eye side next to a bed.
