Gute Ausstattung, U-Bahnstation ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ruhige Lage, Strandnähe Auf Emails/Nachrichten wird zeitnah reagiert

Komplizierte Parkhaussituation, Personal schwer zu erreichen. Küche hat kein Licht, weshalb man abends nicht kochen kann. Couch eher unbequem.

easy to book, easy to find, easy to get into the place (after I had called for help and figured that the access information were emailed to me), very clean place, lots of space and great to have multiple rooms. Liked that it is located close to the water but we did not end up walking to the water since we left super early in the morning.

The second bedroom felt cramped with two beds in it, it was hot at night even though I had the window open and I was sweaty during the night even though I was just sleeping in my underwear, It would have been super to have laundry detergent for the washing machine since we did not have time to go to a store since we were only there for one night and left at 5 am in the morning.

Comfortable and new interior. Very much appreciated that. Swift interaction with organization via Booking chat.

Property is located in an area with a lot of building activities and not yet the ambiance you would expect. Free parking is not included (but I haven’t checked that completely at reservation). It is pricey! Thing that is worrying the most is the rear of the building is clearly heating up on sunny days. We had an appartement at ground floor which was very hot at arrival and garden door couldn’t be opened as the door was stuck. Reported to organization but unfortunately this wasn’t properly dealt with before the night. Very uncomfortable. Overnight the windows cooled down and we could open the sliding door again in the morning.
