Overall, we had a good stay. The home was very nice, spacious, and in a great location. I loved the layout, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. There were just a few things that could have been improved. The house could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, as we noticed some stains on blankets, dog hair on the couch, a small ant issue, and some dishes/glassware that didn’t seem fully clean. They smelled like a dog may have used it. ( which is unfortunate due to you guys charging NON-REFUNDABLE 200 just for pets to stay) The last night, the hot tub jets also stopped working and the water became cold. And rather then  blowing out they blow upwards kinda hitting our face.We also experienced some noise from neighboring guests late into about 12am which was unfortunate because we did have to check out early the next day, and customer service over the phone could have been a bit friendlier. Other than those concerns, we still enjoyed our stay overall.
