The guest has no access to the kitchen or other areas besides the room and bathroom. However, there's a fridge and a small microwave suitable for warming up food, but not cooking meals in the room.

I live in the flat and work mostly from home, so please just ask if you need any help.
Other things to note
I am a very friendly and welcoming person. I enjoy having people in my place and it is my pleasure to welcome you.
My flat is very clean and tidy, therefore I ask all my guests to leave things as they find them, especially when it comes to the shower.
If your stay is longer than one week, you are responsible for keeping the room and bathroom clean. I can provide a change of bedding but you will have to change it yourself.
When using the shower please make sure that you use the squeegee provided to wipe any water from the glass.
I do not offer breakfast and there's no Kitchen availability but there's a kettle, fridge and microwave in the room and tea and coffee.
There's a parking space but I need to know in advance if required as it belongs to my neighbour and I have to make sure that it is free or otherwise arrange something else
