This family-friendly vacation complex is beautifully nestled in the Mediterranean landscape of the Emilia-Romagna region, in the countryside behind Cesenatico. The long sandy beach of Gatteo Mare is just 4 km away. The resort itself consists of comfortable vacation apartments and a beautifully landscaped pool with an included children’s pool, massage jets for adults, and sun loungers available to guests. Additional amenities at the resort include: an exclusive private spa with a Jacuzzi, sauna, and relaxation area (for a fee), a restaurant serving excellent Italian cuisine, a bar, and an on-site riding stable (riding lessons are offered for a fee).
The comfortable one-room apartment, “Monolocale,” is located on the first floor and features a double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 3 people. The open-concept living and sleeping area features a well-equipped kitchenette, as well as a table with chairs, a desk, and a satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, bidet, and a hair dryer. Underfloor climate control ensures a comfortable temperature. The adjoining, furnished terrace overlooking the garden is the perfect place to relax. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may of course check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.

The property features a beautifully landscaped and heated swimming pool. It includes a shallow area for children, a jacuzzi area with massage jets, and a large swimming pool. Sun loungers for relaxation are available for guests on the sun deck.
BEACH
The long, gently sloping beaches of the Riviera Romagnola are just 4 km away. In addition to the option to rent umbrellas and lounge chairs, the region’s beach resorts offer a wide variety of entertainment options such as pedal boat rentals, playgrounds, volleyball courts, banana boat rides, and much more. The beach is accessible by car or easily by bike.

Families with children are warmly welcome at the resort. The swimming pool features a separate area for young guests. High chairs and cribs can be provided upon advance reservation.

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Cesenatico is located about 20 km north of Rimini on the beautiful Adriatic coast. In the center is the beautiful, historic harbor, where you can take a relaxing stroll along the harbor canal. The vibrant old town is also worth seeing. Here you’ll find many seafood restaurants and other eateries, as well as nightclubs. Markets with all kinds of stalls are held every Friday and Tuesday. Those looking for a cultural experience can visit the Antiquarium with its archaeological finds, the Maritime Museum, or the art gallery in Cesenatico. The Cesenatico region is a great starting point for day trips. Nearby are the city of San Marino, which is situated on Monte Titano and has been designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Rimini, home to the Cattolica Aquarium. If you’re traveling with children, be sure to visit the Atlantica Water Park in Cesenatico. The park offers plenty of fun with countless slides and other attractions. For animal lovers, the Zoo Safari in Ravenna is a great choice, where you can see lions, giraffes, and many other animal species. Also in Ravenna is the Mirabilandia amusement park, which guarantees fun for the whole family with its many rides and attractions! Cesena is home to another UNESCO attraction: the Malatesta Library, considered the oldest fully preserved municipal library in Europe.
