The house has a large garden with a heated private pool. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, as well as a dining table and chairs, along with a kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator and grill. For those who want to be more active, there’s a ping-pong table next to the pool! The view from the pool area is absolutely breathtaking!

There’s also a vegetable garden and fruit trees, and guests are welcome to help themselves to whatever’s in season… including my tomatoes, which will be the best you’ve ever tasted! There are several spots where you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere and the views around the garden.

There are two charming marinas nearby, both with nice restaurants. St. Fort has shops, including a bakery and a small market held twice a week, as well as a bar—just 1.6 km away. Sandy beaches are 25 minutes away, Royan is 30 minutes away, Cognac is 45 minutes away, Bordeaux Airport is just over 1 hour away, La Rochelle Airport is 1 1/2 hours away, and St. Malo is 4 1/2 hours away. There are many interesting sights to visit nearby.
