We had an overall decent stay at this rental. Communication with the host was good throughout, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient. On our first night, the hot tub was not up to temperature, but the host handled it well and provided monetary compensation, which we appreciated. By the second night, the hot tub was fully up to temp and ready to enjoy. One thing worth noting is there was a slightly off-putting smell in the property that did not go away, even with the windows open. We chose not to bring it up during our stay, as we were already checked in and didn’t feel there was much that could be done at that point.Overall, aside from that issue, the stay was smooth and the host was responsive and fair in addressing concerns.

Everything was as expected for us. Check in and instructions were a breeze abd eric was very responsive on a few questions leading up to check in and when i let him know we left. Would stay again

Communication was fast and the house was very clean and as described.

The hot tub was cold and water was only filled half way. The house was so cold it took the entire 2 daysto heat up. The beds were comfortable but it lacked in other areas. The bathroom sink and toilet were tippy or loose? I dont know but it was scary, always felt like they were gonna break. Clean house.
