Clean, comfortable nicely decorated and in a good location

We loved the location and the quiet of the site. The location was really good too.
The caravan unfortunately wasn't very clean.
We had to wash various crockery before use and descale the kettle.
The main bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and the toillid kept falling down.
The 2 seater settee had an unpleasant aroma.

The caravan was lovely, a lot bigger than expected.
Nothing, was a great caravan and great location

Was cleanish and ok but not for four adults! Very small for all of us to get dressed!
No frying pan, tv kept turning off, dead bugs behind tv! Dirty glass in cupboard, no hoover especially when you have a dog! Certainly not dog friendly would not recommend! Old food left in fridge! Been many places in Yarmouth because mother in law is at end of care life!! Also main toilet seat did not stay up! Ok for two adults and two small children but certainly not four adults!
