Location was perfect for music festival on the beach. Quiet inlet facing balcony was nice for mornings. Having two bathrooms was ideal for our group. Washer/dryer in unit was nice after getting caught in downpour.

When we arrived, there was no water or towels even though the listing said linens provided. The water shut off valve was behind a locked door so we couldn’t turn it on. Called property owner, but didn’t get a reply for hours. We had to borrow pitchers of water from the neighbors to flush the toilets. When the rest of our group arrived, we were fortunate that they had brought beach towels and a screwdriver to break into the closet to turn on the water and hot water heater. Unfortunately, it took hours before the master toilet would start filling on its own so we still had to feed it water. Realized later there were no sheets on the 2nd bedroom beds. We found a parking spot with the apartment number on it, but someone else was parked in it, and we got a ticket parked on the street (even though OC is supposed to be free parking till Memorial Day).
