Stayed multiple times but this time the receptionist upon arrival was too busy chatting on the phone she couldn't even make eye contact or say hello. Great location and great rooms and love the rooftop bar.
Poor service from receptionist upon arrival. Fridge was off at fuse so not cold when we arrived and then the receptionist asked "are you sure you need to use the fridge". fortunately I worked out how to turn it on, but the receptionist working the day we arrived was terrible and after staying multiple times in the past I was really disappointed to be greeted by someone that couldn't even acknowledge you at the reception area waiting for her to help you and she did the absolute minimum and kept going on her personal phone call.

We first stayed here in 2024 and it was fantastic, so we were keen to come back on our return to Nairobi. The location, space and style of The Curve have remained strong benefits. The rooms are very spacious and well laid out.
It is suffering from a lack of maintenance, which is evidenced by the water damage in the bathrooms from the poorly designed showers. Towels with large holes were provided. The staff are generally great, but we did need to ask (several times) for additional water and toilet paper. Would stay here again, but I would strongly suggest it would benefit from some maintenance and improved in-room provisions.

Friendly staff
We are a family of four and we arrived late at night and had to get up early in the morning to catch a flight. There is nothing worse in this situation then finding that the sheets of the bed are not clean.
