Apartment was in excellent condition and staff was very helpful. Great location literally 5 to 10 mins drive from Haram. We paid 10 riyal going in and 25 riyals coming back from Haram. It’s not at walking distance by any means.
Apartment name not written anywhere and it’s very hard to find it for the first time. Also reception in the basement and there’s no directions to reception when you enter the property

The staff in the facility is very kind and collaborative, Loqman is the one who was there and he offered my 2 water bottles
The facility doesn’t have any board from outside the building, it’s difficult to know the location, there is no reception hall to put the luggage and waiting the check in or check out. In the first day I arrived there was some drilling works in the building.
