Sapa Fansipan View House

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fansipan View Hotel in Sapa! The owner is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making his guests feel at home. He truly goes above and beyond to help. The entire staff is equally friendly, attentive, and caring. Our family room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with absolutely breathtaking mountain views! The location is simply perfect: in a peaceful area, away from the noise and crowds of central Sapa, yet only a 5-minute walk from the town centre. There are also plenty of lovely restaurants and breakfast spots just across the street, offering spectacular views of the mountains. The hotel offers outstanding value for money, but what makes it truly special is the genuine kindness and hospitality of the people who work there. We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Sapa. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

We stayed here for the VMM trail race and had a really nice experience. We arrived around 6am and the lobby was still closed, but we managed to contact the staff and they kindly let us leave our heavy luggage there before check-in. The staff was very friendly, able spoke English and communicate, and was always responsive on Booking.com. They also messaged us when our room was ready. The room was clean and comfortable, with hot water and a balcony. The view from our balcony was partly of the neighbouring houses, but we actually enjoyed watching the cable car/tram going up towards Fansipan. The location is great, only around 300–400m from central Sapa. There’s also a café called White Cloud just opposite with a beautiful Fansipan view. Overall, a simple and comfortable stay with very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is easy to find, and i love that there’s a balcony.

The main guy working there was very friendly. He was happy to give free banh mis and water bottles to make our stay more comfortable. The rooms have excellent views and the property is a short if uphill walk to the town centre.

There seems to only really be one main staff member running the hotel which often made things not as smooth as they could be. I also didn’t think the rooms were particularly well kept. A little dirty, bathroom door didn’t properly fit into the door frame…
