The apartment was in a very central location near to all the shops and short walk to the beach. We had a lovely harbour view and good for watching boats come in and out.
The town itself is a bit tired, but we visited other places such as Southwold and Oulton broads. It was easy to access other places in Suffolk, making it a good base to explore.

That it was so close to the train station and the town it was a nice little apartment that has everything we need and it was nice to sit and watch the boats coming and going
The blinds let in a lot of light at night as I am a light sleeper that kept waking me up

Fabulous view, great amount of space, nicely laid out, good price. The living space and kitchen area felt like a home away from home and had everything I needed.
Shower wasn’t very powerful. I had a lot of heavy bags and lift wasn’t usable. It was a little noisey at night next to road (complimentary ear plugs could be a nice touch).
