Everything seemed new and it was really clean and comfortable. Very handy for tube and bus.
The communication regarding entering the property could have been better and more prompt. Please note - the flat door is facing you when you open the street door.

Very good location.
The heater didn’t work, the plumber said that this problem is already recurrent, I spent days in the cold. The check-in was 2 hours late, but he gave me two more hours at checkout. The entrance is not private.
