We got moved to the 3rd floor due to heating issues prior to arrival. But host was very communicative. Replacement was same standard. Very clean. Prime location. Easy to move around even late at night.
Apartment was in great condition.
Instructions were very clear to follow!
We were very happy with the stay.
Random payment request after check out for an electric socket which was already damaged on arrival.
Apart from that, there’s nothing we could complain about.

Great location, walking distance to Duomo, also there’s a subway station near by. Carrefour is just across the street, so it’s very convenient for grocery shopping. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, good air conditioning (we visited in July).
