The apartment is very well located, withing the walking distance from the train station. The place itself is quite comfortable. The contact with the host was good.
Some of the amenities are old and would require fixing (fridge, shower head, drain). The sponge in the kitchen was old and worn out. There was no kettle.
If you have reduced mobility, mind that there is no lift.

Location was excellent for us. The apartment was great and had most of the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Although we never actually met Giulia in the flesh, she was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries we had via WhatsApp.
Unfortunately the washing machine broke down during our stay but that was just unfortunate timing and not the host's fault, thankfully there is a launderette 2 minutes walk from the apartment so all was fine. The only things we found uncomfortable were the pillows on the beds, they were very flat and lumpy but it did not ruin our stay, just something to bear in mind.
