The Star Inn

Lovely clean and well put together room with comfy bed

Intimidating car park with vehicle reg cameras, very noisy night with people staggering about past our bedroom door. We were repeatedly woken by noise.

What a quaint little find the Starr Inn was! Situated in a tiny little village, the room was a perfect base for a couple of nights to explore Cornwall! The staff at the hotel and bar were fantastic- nothing was too much trouble and both girls were up for a chat and a bit of fun! And the food- hands down the best we have had on our travels throughout Britain,

The bed was only a double which was a struggle for us and one of the coffee cups is in need of replacement:

On ground floor with my own door so able to access at any time. Shower room very clean and shower products provided. Bed looked king size and comfortable. Great size overall accommodation and well presented

Only two pillows on bed but I had informed them that I was a solo traveller. No Wi-Fi. Staff informed me as I arrived but after two days it was driving me nuts!! Could do with bedside tables although shelf behind. No breakfast but maybe provide small fridge so could get own provisions. I would have liked a plastic glass in bathroom but I believe some refurbishment is ongoing Visitors have to be careful about entering car park but I believe it’s an issue within the village so you shouldn’t be worrying about parking fines?

Das war frisch renoviert, hell und sauber
