Beautiful apartment, perfect for a larger family. Spacious rooms, two bathrooms. Ideal location at the end of the canal, very quiet, yet close to lovely restaurants. A wonderful garden where you can enjoy a pizza :). Very close to public transport stops and a grocery store. If we are ever in Venice again, we will definitely visit.

We loved the space we liked the location being next to the canal and the beautiful garden terrace area below was a pleasure to look at.
We were there for a business trip, so not time to enjoy the outside area
The management was very helpful although we did not meet.
With having two bathrooms, one of them was unusable because there was no shower curtain, it was an open bath tub only and the toilet in this room the seat was not on, so it was like a “gas station toilet” so nobody used this bathroom at all.
Not even the man in our group
Shame.
Management did say they would come by and fix it but they didn’t

Clean and spacious. Fully equipped with everything you need. Coffee maker with pods, cold beer & water in the fridge on arrival. Great quiet location in Venice, a short walk to the center.
