A lovely modern interior with a bonus en-suite behind the wardrobe, I wasn’t expecting that!
Nothing it was perfect for our little getaway!

Really comfortable
Great location
Quiet
Nice addition with the hot tub outside
Only minor but the cushions for the outdoor chairs were left outside in the rain so couldn’t sit on them as they took too long to dry off.

The hot tub was a real selling point for us. The lodge itself was a brilliant size and layout suited us perfectly. Really liked the onsite breakfast as well.
Overall everything was a high standard
Would have been nice to have cereal as an option for breakfast.
Extractor fan in the main bedroom failed to switch off in the nights.
No hand towel in shower rooms, there was a small Grey towel but we used this as a mat for the shower.
These were all minor niggles rather than anything that impacted our stay.

Location great, lovely grounds. Quiet.
Unfortunately we had no hot water or heating during our stay. As it was after 7pm we could not contact anyone about the issue. So it was cold and cold showers. Reported the next morning but we were checking out. No offer of compensation . There should be an emergency number to contact after hours. For the money we paid you don’t expect that.
