I actually found the hotel quite hard to find as the entrance was concealed by scaffolding! I'm don't usually do London either! Once there, the staff are helpful and there are two lifts. 24hr security on the door entrance so show your key! My cocoon
Capsule was comfy, I could charge my phone and the dorm wasn't noisy. The showers and toilets were clean and close by plus it was a very good price for a night in Central London. Fan in the Capsule plus air conditioning elsewhere in the building. I would definitely stay again as its very close to Piccadilly Circus tube station.
