This is one of the best properties we've stayed at in years of traveling. First and foremost, the hosts are wonderful and incredibly responsive. Vanessa answered all of my questions within an hour or less and provided excellent recommendations. The house is beautiful, exactly as pictured, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We traveled as a family of five, and kids got their own king bedrooms. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen deserves special mention. We cook all of our meals on road trips, and this was one of the best-equipped kitchens we've ever used. The appliances, including the outdoor grill, were excellent, and everything was exceptionally well organized. It made cooking easy and allowed us to spend more time exploring while still enjoying family dinners. The home is tastefully decorated with stunning local nature photography. The views from the house are better than advertised, especially from the second-floor patio. There are also spectacular panoramic viewpoints just a 30-second walk away on the street and another scenic overlook within 5–10 minutes. The location is excellent, with many famous viewpoints and tour departure points only 10–30 minutes away. We also made an easy one-hour drive to Kanab for a White Pocket tour with ROAM Outdoor Adventures. We skipped the Wave lottery gambling and found this White Pocket tour to be an unforgettable experience. We would gladly stay here again!

Super clean. Great location. Beautiful home!

This property is in excellent condition. Spacious, with all the amenities needed as if you were at home. The large driveway made it easy to load and unload from the car. The dinning table was perfect for hosting dinners and entertainment for games.

Beautiful home and in great quiet location but easy access to downtown and nearby sites.
