The owners were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had questions for them. The home was located so close to everything we needed and was very well kept!

The pictures don't do justice to this property . . . a very comfortable place with all the amenities, charming decor (we especially liked the equestrian themes) and a home that tells a heart-warming story of a family though its wall hangings, books and genuine care evidenced by the hosts. The location has a country feel and is well situated between trail heads and downtown Grand Junction. Highly recommended, especially if you're looking for a place with personality!
