When we arrived, which was around 7:00 pm,our door code didn’t work so I spent about 20 minutes on the phone getting a new code. Once we got in, the condo itself was very nice. Very clean. The kitchen could use a few more pots and pans but nothing major there. We made do. The view was nice. Some construction was going on next to us but not too bothersome. I wish there was more of a sound barrier with the units. Noise above us from folks walking/running around late at night, even vibrations when they shut their doors. Big dog below us barking a lot. I would suggest more details and directions on the different clubs that are offered too. We did enjoy our time there.

This place was great. VERY clean and VERY quiet. Though it didnt come up on Apple Maps we eventually found it. OBX is one of our favorite places and we would certainly stay here again. Beds and pillows were comfy and cozy as well.

Great place, beautiful views, and pictured just as it is. Everything was clean and in good condition.

Exceptionally clean. A good space. The sofa is not comfortable. It can use a few more amenities-a broom for the sand would be helpful. Good location. Nice view from the deck. Really nice pool especially if you have children. Far walk to the beach. The elevator is very helpful.
