Located in the quiet and beautiful Colonial Historic District, This studio apartment is within walking distance to all the action Annapolis has to offer - City Dock, Ego Alley, Restaurants, State Building, and of course, the United States Naval Academy.
On the second floor of this Georgian-style, 1880 home, The Studio offers all the comforts required for a private, restful stay:
Queen-sized bed,
Couch and Smart TV
Kitchenette including min-fridge, microwave, sink and barstool seating for 2.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, and single basin
Radiator Heat and Window AC Unit
WiFi
Enjoy exclusive use of this two bedroom apartment on the second floor. There are four Flats in this house which share a common front door.
Guests are provided a unique access code for the Front Door and another for "The Studio" (Flat 3).
PARKING
While street-parking is available, it is based on availability. There is no designated spot for the house. Look for signage which dictate rules of parking including cost.
The following garages are available:
Noah Hillman Garage. This is a 5 minute, 0.2 mile walk to the house.
Gott’s Court Garage This is a 10 minute, 0.4 mile walk to the house.
Knighton Garage This is a 13 minute, 0.5 mile walk to the house
Park Place Garage. This is an 18 minute, 0.7 mile walk to the house.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Unfortunately the weather was unbelievably humid and rainy.
