This house was great for the price. Everything you need in the house is already there. Communication with the owners was very helpful and easy.

Property was clean and well decorated. Owner responded to questions promptly. Plenty of nice paper products, linens, quality beach towels, & beach chairs provided. All so great! A previous guest mentioned gate didn’t open, we were able to open (with some finesse) to access back yard. One minor drawback was the downstairs layout. One entrance opened into a bedroom. There are other entry points and depending on # of families, might not be a detractor. Washer and dryer definite bonus! Walking distance to beach & convention center (we were back and forth several times during the day). Overall great stay and owners really seem to care about their guests.

The location was perfect for what we needed. The house could use some TLC and patches up, but overall happy with the stay. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and the backyard area was nice to have.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, furniture and appliances in good shape. The kitchen/living room space was smaller than expected, but served our family well. We were disappointed that we could not access the back yard. The fence was locked.
