My plans changed so I only visited the property briefly. The living room and bedroom could use a thorough cleaning and updating. The back screened in patio not a very functional or clean space.

Beautiful home. We had an issue when we first checked in but the owner was prompt to respond and got everything taken care of. Great location and wonderful fenced yard for our pups.

Nicely remodeled kitchen and bath in a small but decently spacious flipped ranch on a quiet cul de sac, one minute drive or short walk from town. Fenced yard for dog. The construction in the rear is complete. Host very responsive. Convenient to UNC, Carrboro, Chapel Hill. We rebooked to extend a stay during our renovation.

The property lacked privacy. For several days at the beginning of the trip the owner had workers on the property behind the house early in the morning. They were using the water from the house’s outdoor water spigot below the bedroom window. We were also partially blocked in by trucks. There was a screened in porch but no lights. There was a cockroach under the bed & cobwebs & dust throughout. The refrigerator door was uneven & had trouble closing. No directions on how to use the TV
