Wonderful amazing house lots of space! We went out to do adventures but kids were so happy nearly left the house it was super clean very comfortable very spacious literally 10/10! Perfect for a family with kids! definitely coming back! The host was also responded quickly with any questions I had! We loved everything

We came to Colorado Springs for a Sports Camp and had 8 girls and 5 moms. The house was perfect and had a lot of room for us. The outside was amazing! The pool and grounds are great. We did have some hiccups in the beginning (coffee maker, internet, etc not working), but the host worked hard to get them resolved within 24 hours. I would overall recommend this house for a group. The only note I would make is they don't have things like foil, saran wrap, Tupperware and we did run out of toilet paper, so maybe bring those things. We did buy oven mittens and more dish towels and left them, so hopefully those are there too!

The house was perfect for our large group of 13. With the ages varying in our group from 1- 65, the pool, hot tub, trampoline and play ground area kept everyone in our group busy and entertained when we were not out exploring Colorado Springs. The home was very clean and the host was attentive to any questions we had about the home dueing our stay.

The host was very responsive. Overall the house was a bit run down compared to the pictures. Upon our arrival we were disappointed to find the pool and the hot tub were both unusable with algae, leaves and dirt in them. We asked the host during our stay if this could be corrected with a cleaning prior to our departure, however after acknowledging our request, no resolution was provided. We went over budget on the house based on availability of a pool and hot tub, so after check out we asked for compensation for our overall payment. The host agreed to compensate us 400 and said they would work toward fixing the situation for future guests. Shortly following this agreement the property manager from Renjoy contacted me and told me this agreement would not go into placeuntil we posted a positive review. I contacted VRBO and our issue was resolved quickly. We received the 400 compensation not contingent on a positive review.
