We were lucky this place was available for a spontaneous weekend in Seabrook! It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the screened porch and our kids loved the Lakehouse pool. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

Space was clean. Struggled to find my email with password to check in, but my host responded promptly. Master bedroom advertises a king sized bed, but it was a queen. Asked for more towels and they came a day later than told. Washer and dryer are very tiny, which was rough with 5 people and trips to beach. Location was convenient with small pool on grounds and close proximity to stores. Bikes were provided, and trails on the grounds, which was nice. When called about other amenities, everything came with additional fee, which was a bummer. They were very prompt about WiFi password confusion, which I appreciate. Fishing on beach requires license and was risky on property with gators in the water, which was a bummer. Blow dryer in master bedroom needs replaced, but the bathrooms were clean and nice. Overall, space was clean and nice. Would still recommend and probably stay again if in the area.

Property was great and super quiet! I loved the view off the back porch. Getting the proper parking and amenity passes took a little bit of work but well worth it! We loved hanging out at the Seabrook Beach pool and beach.

Great location on Seabrook Island! Everything as described. All the essentials needed for a fun filled family vacation!
