The layout:
Spread over two floors, each about 60 m², with a kitchen-dining area integrated into the living room, 3 bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, plus a small extra living area on the second floor and another space with a single bed if needed. All of this provides a very comfortable stay for 6 people. Decorated simply yet tastefully, with all the amenities to ensure your stay is a pleasant and relaxing one.

First floor: The entrance leads to the foyer, from which you can access the kitchen-dining area—which opens onto the living room and offers ocean views—a full bathroom, and two double bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and views of the gardens and the ocean. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together if necessary. We use high-quality, 100% cotton bedding and linens.

First Floor: Accessible via an outdoor staircase, the first floor has a sloped ceiling and features a living room, a full bathroom, and another double bedroom with two single beds that can also be pushed together. An extra bed can be added in another room if needed.

Outdoors: A 1,000 m² private garden and an outdoor dining terrace at the front of the property with patio furniture and a barbecue area. The garden area is sheltered by tall trees and opens up to the beach and the sea.
There is parking for vehicles on the property. The path leading to the beach runs along the left side of the house; you’ll access it from your garden, and if you head down in the morning with your breakfast, you’re almost certain to see dolphins.
Amenities and common areas:
The entire lot belonging to the house is for the exclusive use of guests, with several seating areas, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area.
There is a parking space for one car right in front of the main entrance for public use, but you can also park your car on the property.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in a small outdoor room. The living room has a TV and Wi-Fi. There’s an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer.
