It is a beautiful, spacious house; we spent a lot of time enjoying the garden, roasting marshmallows, and having a lovely evening.

This is a gem in Boerne! First thing I’ll say is that everything in the listing is 100% correct and accurate. In fact, the place looks even better than the pictures! The house is 4 individual suites - 2 that are 2BR and 2 that are 1 BR. All suites come with bathroom and microwave and fridge. Plus there’s a separate kitchenette everyone can meet up in and a lovely backyard and a front porch. Plenty of space for parking. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops and the river. It felt cozy and safe. Access was super easy. Communications with the host was excellent. They would reply within minutes. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
