Good location in the heart of BH. The water was completely off one day which was problematic. The jets in the hot tub did not work but the water was hot. The floor was sticky when we arrived and the condo was left unlocked.

The property was conveniently located nearby Cedars Sinai Hospital. The rooms were spacious and beds comfy. The apartment is inspired by 70’s decor with orange color and decorations. The kitchen was fully functional.The bathrooms need updating. The guest bathroom had a broken glass mirror. The shower caddy did not have any shampoo, cream rinse or body wash in it, not sure why it is in the shower. The Master bathroom has a cracked vanity counter.The living room lighting fixture is coming off from the ceiling and needs repair.We never went to the pool but enjoyed shopping around the area.

Very communicative hosts, they sent someone to help when one of the tvs didn’t work. Overall good spot!

The apartment is in a great location and the building is of good quality. The unit itself is clean and very stylishly designed. The beds are comfortable. However when you look more closely the apartment is in disrepair. The bathroom sinks are delaminating and the showers have gashes in the floors. One showerhead sprays water from where it connects to the wall pipe. The mirror has a large crack which is trying to be hidden by a plastic plant. The grout on the sinks needs replacing. The electric kettle has so much scale on it that I can’t imagine anyone using it. There are only two forks and two teaspoons. Overall it is a comfortable unit for a night or two, but it needs some real attention and TLC.
