The 14 comfortable Harbor Houses and 23 Dune Houses Comfort—each featuring an open-concept living/dining area, a lakeside terrace, and a sauna—are distinguished by their unique architectural charm.
The 6 “Kapitänskajüte” vacation apartments and the 24 “Seglerhütte” vacation and family apartments, “Ankerplatz,” “Piratennest,” and “Leuchtturm,” are spacious and modern in design.
The RV park offers 45 sites and a modern restroom facility. Each site is equipped with electricity, water, and sewer connections.
Lake Störmthaler is an artificial lake located south of Leipzig. It was created by flooding the southeastern part of the former Espenhain open-pit lignite mine.

Our six individually furnished “Kapitänskajüte” apartments guarantee a stunning view of the marina and lake landscape. In addition to comfort and functionality, the 55 square meters of space are designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The panoramic windows provide direct access to the balcony and create a warm, inviting ambiance, especially in the evening hours. The public beach is located right next to the apartment building.
A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi leave nothing to be desired in terms of technology. A parking space is located directly in front of the apartment building. The vacation apartments are designed for 2 people. An extra bed on the living room couch can be booked for a third person, as can a travel crib.
The spacious vacation apartments each feature a bedroom (with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a spacious open-concept living/dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable living area, and the adjoining balcony with a view of the harbor round out the comfortable living experience.
