We had an absolute amazing time here. Plenty of room for everybody to sleep and relax. House was very clean. Washer and dryer worked perfect. We had all the pots, pans, and accessories that we needed. The backyard was perfect, we were able to play cards outside at the 6 person table. We didn’t use the fire pit, but it was set up perfectly with all the Adirondack chairs around it. Neighbors were very friendly. Kayla was a great host and made herself available if needed. She made sure the house was ready for us, and even had a snack basket out for us when we arrived. It was great that she posted instructions right on the fridge so I didn’t have to keep referencing to the site to make sure we were following all the rules. Every amenity we could think of was provided for us. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. We all give it five stars. Thank you, Kayla, your home is beautiful and we appreciate you letting us stay here for five days.

Went up for a long weekend. This a quiet place close to Portland and beaches. Kayla was super responsive, gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to buy seafood (she even brought over a pot so we could cook our own lobsters.). Kitchen was well equipped, coffee bar had variety of coffee, lots of cleaning products under the sink and an abundance of paper products. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful house exactly as described. Very comfortable beds and the living room was perfect for relaxing at the end of our day. We loved having a fire in the fire pit. The kids loved the foosball table and air hockey in the basement. Pine Point Beach only a few minutes drive away. Great food nearby from Shaking Crab and Ken's restaurant. Kayla is a very accommodating host!

We had a great stay at this property!! The house was very clean and everything was just as described in the listing. It’s a great location, quick drive to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend!!
