One-room cabin, sleeps 2–4, located in a quiet, family-friendly condo complex, 8 min. by car from the beach (SURF point), a 1-minute walk to the Padel House Tuman courts, and 20 minutes from Topocalma, Matanzas, and Pupuya for those who enjoy kiteboarding, windsurfing, or mountain biking/cycling.

Cabin with a double bed and a trundle bed (one-and-a-half size), complete with pillows, mattress covers, duvets/bedspreads, and sheets for both beds.
Bathroom with hot water and a hair dryer. Kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, pots, a frying pan, and more, plus a medium-sized refrigerator. On the property, we have a bike track for children and beginners, as well as a trampoline, a fire pit, and a grill for barbecues

Access to the condo complex is via remote control; there’s private parking next to the cabin, and nearby stores are a 4-minute drive away.

A special place to unplug—leave your cell phone behind, put on your hiking shoes, and explore the legendary trails up and down La Cuchilla and La Polcura, with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.
