Clean, well maintained condo, beautiful view of ocean. Very short walk to beach access and pool. Never did find plates but otherwise well stocked kitchen (& we brought paper plates anyway!) Convenient washer and dryer. Hope to return next year!

The condo was in excellent condition. The renovations where done with taste. Sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking coffee and watching the sunrise was exquisite. After a day at the beach, sitting on the balcony and drink a cool libation and watching the beaching crowd was super relaxing.If you want to stay in a great beach condo, contact Inter coastal Realty in Carolina beach and ask for Sea Colony 14-B. You will not regret you choice. I'm saying this because I'm a repeat renter. OH!!!! one other thing. The condo has its own under-building parking space big enough for two vehicles.

Great location and beach access. It has everything you need for a simple and enjoyable beach experience. However, I feel like a bit more attention to detail could really make this place shine. A lot of the furniture is older and feels dirty, along with overall surfaces (rugs, bathroom, flooring). For the listing to be “newly renovated” we came with different expectations but will note the beautiful kitchen countertops. A lack of kitchen storage was hard with us choosing to cook. We had to use the majority of the countertop to keep all non-perishable items. Overall, numerous little things around the place could be improved to make this a more stunning beach property, but it is still a decent place to stay, and I would consider staying again.
