This place was so cute, very clean and a great location. The balcony was huge and it was great walking distance when we went to Superica for dinner and then walked to Broadway. Check in and check out was super easy and I liked that we just needed to download an app in order to scan into the building - no hassle with keys or anything. Would stay again!

Great

The 3 bedroom condo is gorgeous! We loved the decor, the beds were comfy, the deck was lovely. The Latch app was great for security. The only negative for me was the location. While it is in the Gulch neighborhood, it is on the industrial side of town. It is also a block away from the Rescue Mission and we walked by a lot of homeless folks. We traveled as a group, but I saw a lot of young girls that were traveling alone and we kept an extra eye on them.Overall, it was a great trip in a beautiful and nicely appointed condo!

This place was extremely clean. It was decorated nicely. It offered more than most places i've been too. There were two bars across the street with food.( not the greatest food but it was something) It took about 15 min to walk down town to Broadway. The only Two downfalls were the train, which went through often and there were a lot of homeless with the shelter not far. They never bothered us. The pool was great. We had a party of 6. The perfect place for a Birthday gathering. There is a liquor store walking distance (5 to 10 min walk) We would stay here again!
