Amazing service at Carat Hotel!
I had an issue that caused me to arrive late, and the staff were so accommodating. They helped ease a lot of my stress. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wonderful variety.
We also ran into taxi problems, and the staff did everything they could to help me get where I needed to go. Their customer service was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again and give Carat Hotel a 10+! If you’re coming to Yerevan, I highly recommend staying here.

Хороший удобный большой номер. Персонал был отзывчивый, помогал решить все вопросы.
По карте казалось поближе к Каскаду;
Номер находился на первом этаже и ночью с закрытыми шторами свет вывески немного мешал;
Хотелось бы чуть более разнообразные завтраки.
