We loved that breakfast was included - the lady who does the breakfast service is so lovely! The breakfast was also very good. We stayed in one of the rooms in the eaves, with a gorgeous view of the pier. Super quaint and romantic. The adjoining pub was also fab, with great food and drink!
The mattress was a bit soft but that is all a personal preference.

Great location and a good introduction to Tobermory.
Sadly no hot water on our first day and no one on Reception to ask for assistance.

Fabulous location. We were staying for 3 nights and had a room at the back of the hotel with a view of a dirty wall.
Cold tap on bath didn’t work.
