We really liked the location. Everything was within easy reach, with Edgware Road Underground station very close by and Paddington also not too far away. There were plenty of shops nearby, making it a great location for exploring London. We stayed during the last days of the heatwave, and the air conditioning worked amazingly well. The room was clean, and the shower facilities were very good, with shower gel, shampoo and other essentials provided.

The only downside was some noise from outside. However, this is London, so some city noise is to be expected and it did not take away from our overall experience.

The location is perfect: next to the bus station and metro, full of supermarkets around and if needed also nice restaurants! We loved the nice touch of cookies every day! There was coffee/tea/chocolate available in the room. The Checkin was clearly explained and the staff was always available via WhatsApp

Some small touches: the big shower head didn’t work properly (but the other one worked fine) and the sink could be fixed
