Die Gastgeber waren überragend. Sie waren sehr freundlich, entgegenkommt und sehr sympathisch. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, modern und sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Es war manchmal ein bißchen laut, auf Grund der Nähe zur Straße. Aber die modernen Fenster haben einiges wieder gut gemacht.

Property was self catering. Appears to be a very recent construction. We visit Crete regularly and don't remember seeing this one before. perfect location just metres from the main square which is surrounded by a variety of bars/ restaurants, supermarkets etc etc. No problem with noise at any time during the 2 week stay. Big bonus is the property has its own private driveway. Parking in Georgioupolis is generally a nightmare as all streets are crammed with cars from visitors, locals, trucks etc so this property must be quite unique in town. Very comfortable appartment with a double bedroom and a living room with a fold down settee . accomodation for up to 4 people. Property packed with gadgets ; large fridge/freezer, electric ,hob/oven, microwave, coffee makers etc. 2 wall mounted TV's , one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Quite a number of apps on the tv such as Amazon prime/ netflix etc. No one enters the property whilst occupied so we had about 12 toilet rolls and multiple towels etc on arrival . Your personal wastebin is in the driveway so put your rubbish there or across the street in the big council skips. Property very secure with high quality door locks etc. A number of steps from the drive up to the property front door. Has a patio ( covered) with table/4 chairs. Owner always available by phone/ whatsapp etc if needed and responds quickly. Genuinely, this property is one of the best and deserves the highest rating. Would definitely stay again.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Direkt nebenan ist eine Bäckerei die jeden Tag im Holzofen bäckt. Die Strände sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, man hat Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Lediglich der Fußboden der Unterkunft wird schnell schmutzig, auch die Terrasse durch den Verkehr und den Wind. Aber dafür gibt es einen Besen und einen Wischmop.

The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. There were lots of little extras like Raki, snacks and water. But also sandwich bags lunch boxes and cling film and foil The pillows on the bed were too hard for us but Tasos went to get new, softer ones for us Plenty of towels. Great to have the washing machine, there was even laundry detergent, pegs and a basket The outside area was very private as it was above the road and the parking spot a big advantage. Tasos was easily contacted and offered us a later leaving time if we wanted it A great host

The stairs up to the apartment very quickly got very dirty, probably from the amount of traffic so that really needed cleaning regularly There was no outside light which was difficult at night, especially to open the keysafe Also the beds were not changed for the nine nights we were there We could also have done with a cleaner coming in at least once in the time we were there But not a massive problem as we are fairly tidy but other people may struggle
